Better kitchen supplies could have been provided!!! The cleanliness standards require immediate attention, especially in common areas!!! Improving maintenance would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience!!!

Tidy and huge room with lovely views of the valley and mountains. A great selection of supplies in the room: a mini-bar, central heating, and an individual safe. Super location for our needs, near ski chair a gondola as well as overall all the staff. Also, in a ski area.

We stayed in the apartment, it was brand-new and the bed was comfortable. The location was reasonable: shopping centers and a supermarket were within walking distance. This hotel was in a ski area.

Great food variety!

Annoyed that we were charged €62 on arrival due to a small print requirement. We were ignored when neither of the 4 of us wanted to join the sports club

Friendly staff, high functional services

Low season overstaff did not do other (maintenance) work=more money for the value. Endless mono or bicolor corridors with high "The Shining" feeling. While visiting at a low season, they should serve the guests rooms closer to the center facilities, saving the shining hikes for volonters.

a mixed bag of experiences

The heated indoor pool was a good surprise after a long day on the slopes. We enjoyed our time in the spacious two-bedroom apartment with mountain views with a cozy retreat for our family.

The kitchen lacked essential items like a kettle and toaster, made meal preparation a challenge. The restaurant's chaotic dining environment could be overwhelming during peak hours.

Clean and cheap - nothing fancy but good value for money.

Not much character - it felt like being in a school camp.

Consider bringing your own swimming cap, as they are required for pool access and add an extra cost.

Breakfast. You book it from Booked.net, but it's not really a hotel, most of the stuff that you would find in a hotel room like a mini-bar, slippers, etc. doesn't exist but the rooms are quite ok anyway.

This place is excellent, with lovely staff, a great location, free parking, tidy rooms.

This place is centrally located near the restaurant and the ski lifts were conveniently close.

The location was fantastic, especially for families. Everything you need is on-site. Including ski pass sales and lessons. Perfect base for skiing, and the restaurant offered extensive, tasty meals!
